Imagine What the Animals Would Say

Copyright © 2006 Pam Eppinette

The sky is so blue. The trees are so green.
What a picture. What a beautiful scene.
The mountains are majestic. The streams are cool and fast.
God your awesome beauty is so vast.

The eagle will soar high above the lake,
And swoop down for a fish to take.
Back to his family high up in the nest,
Where his eaglets are waiting to be blessed.

The doe and the fawns are under the tree.
The fawns are playing, so cute and so free.
The sunlight is glistening on the lake.
Oh the beauty, our breath it takes.

As I walk along I hear their song.
The birds are singing all day long.
I imagine what the animals would say,
If they could only talk to God today.

Thank you God for this beautiful day.
Thank you God that we can play.
Thank you for my home and my family.
Thank you God that we are free.

You provide everything that we will ever need.
You give us food and you have planted seed.
We do not have to worry about a thing.
God you have taken care of every thing.

You have given us a beautiful home.
You have given us freedom and a place to roam.
Worry for us doesn’t take a toll,
You have everything under control.

I am so glad I wasn’t born a human being.
They always worry, so it seems.
They are never happy, never satisfied.
Nothing suits them no matter how hard they try.

Don’t they have a God to take care of all their needs?
Don’t they have a God to give them a home and feed?
Doesn’t God watch over their family?
Don’t they have a God to keep them free?

As I walk along I have to pray.
Thank you God for my family today.
Help me not to worry. Help me not to fret.
Please help me to get out of debt.

You provide everything that we will ever need.
You give us food and you’ve planted seed.
We don’t have to worry about a thing.
God you have taken care of everything.

We know you have everything under control.
The enemy must return what he stole.
We know that you will meet every need,
We’re the children of the King, indeed!

Thank you God for this beautiful day.
Thank you God that we can play.
Thank you for my home and my family.
Thank you God that we are free.

Thank you for letting me hear the animals today.
Thank you for letting me hear them pray.
It is all about attitude.
All you want is faith and gratitude.

In Search Of Gold Dust

My sister called me and asked if I wanted to visit a church where there was gold dust. I immediately said "what's gold dust?
She told me someone at her church visited another church and told her there was actual gold dust in the air from the anointed worship. . I told her I wasn't interested in going.
My husband went to the mountains that weekend, so I went with her to visit that church.
I didn't know what to expect, but when we got there I knew there was something different about this church. There was loud, powerful worship with people, including adults dancing all over the church. There were people lying face down at the altar crying. There was an electric buzz in the air which I never experienced before.
WE sat on the back row of the church because it was so full.
A lady got up and spoke in tongues. Then she proceeded to say that there were two in search of gold dust. She said they will find gold dust and so much more. I did not understand at the time that she was prophecying to my sister and I.After the church service we went up to the woman, who was actually a Pastor at the church. My sister told her we were there to see the gold dust. She told us she knew why we were there.
My sister asked her all kinds of question and she gracefully took her time and answered each one of them. She was very friendly as well as many of the other people at the church. She invited us back but I told her I was not looking for another church.
I did pick up a brochure about a ladies Bible study which interested me. We also picked up a brochure about a musical that was going to be at the church. It was called "The Passion". This was way before Mel Gibson's movie, "The Passion of the Christ".

Why Did Jesus Tell Us To Speak in Tongues?

Here is an article by Joyce Meyer which may answer a few questions you may have about speaking in tongues.

WHY ALL BELIEVERS SHOULD SPEAK IN TONGUES

The Holy Spirit's gift of tongues has not passed away--and every Christian should be open to it. By Joyce Meyer.

Excerpted from Filled with the Spirit: Understanding God's Power in Your Life with permission of Warner Books.

Why don't all believers speak in tongues today as on the Day of Pentecost? I don't believe it is because they can't; I believe they are afraid to because they have been taught not to or they think tongues may be nothing but emotion.

While it is true that some believers are baptized in the Holy Spirit and do not speak in tongues, I don't believe that is God's best for them. If God has poured out his Holy Spirit upon you, I encourage you to receive all the spiritual gifts and abilities He wants to impart to you. God has made them available to you, so you should want to receive them in their fullness.

But why should all believers receive and exercise the gift of tongues?

As we saw in 1 Corinthians 14:2, when we speak in tongues, we are speaking secrets and mysteries to God. We are saying things in a spiritual language that our enemy Satan cannot understand.

When we speak in tongues, often we are prophesying great things over our lives, things that we might not be able to accept if we understood what we were saying.

Finally, when we pray in tongues, we are assured that we are praying as we should because the Holy Spirit is praying through us... in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance (Romans 8:26).

The Day of Pentecost

My husband went to the cabin to go fishing for the weekend, so I went to church by myself. It was the Day of Pentecost, so the Pastor preached about getting baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
He explained everything about the Day of Pentecost with verses out of the Bible which makes it perfectly clear that it is a command.
He talked about how he was a powerless Christian until he got his prayer language. He explained the five-fold ministry and said everyone is supposed to lay hands on people. Healing is for today, as well as prophecy and speaking in tongues.
He gave the invitation to come forward if you want to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
I passed up my chance at the women's conference and I was not going to pass it up again.

I went forward and the Pastor dismissed everyone from the service. The Pastor's wife laid hands on me and prayed for me to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
It didn't take long and I was speaking another language.
I was so excited, I prayed in tongues on the way home from church. When I got home I sat on the sofa and prayed in tongues for about an hour.

Flames And A Dove

I was praying and asking God what I needed to do to become closer to him. I tried to have my devotions early in the morning. Often I would fall back asleep while praying.
As I was waking up I saw flames (but there was no smoke) and a white dove.
I didn't know what it was for, but when I turned the TV on to watch my Christian TV shows, the next show coming on had a flame and a dove on the screen with the title of their show.

Ok, I got it. This was a sign from God that I needed to be baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Creflo Dollar Women's Conference (Part 2)

That something missing was the Holy Spirit.

Remember the bread, bologna and hope to find something missing in our lives? I didn't know it then, but that something missing was the Holy Spirit. But even though I knew what I knew it was still not enough.
I must share how wonderful the women were at the church. After it was over the first night, we were standing in line waiting for the shuttle to get back to our car. We were talking about going to look for a hotel that night. A lady overheard us and told us we could stay at her home. We turned her down. A few minutes later another women welcomed us to her home. My sister didn't want to stay with a stranger so we turned her down also. A third women told us she would take us home with her. We told her no, also. She gave us her phone number and told us if we couldn't find a hotel to call her. Then she told us if we did find a room to call her anyway, because she wanted to take us out for breakfast.
We tried a few hotels, all booked. I told my sister one more and then I am calling her. We did get in the next hotel. I called her and she picked us up in the morning. She took us to breakfast and told us to order whatever we wanted. We had a nice breakfast and she taught us a lot about her faith walk since she joined that church.
On the way to the church she stopped at the bank and got some money. When we got to the church, she asked me how much our hotel was. I told her $49 a night. She handed me $100. She told me "the Lord told me to pay for your hotel." Then she gave me $40 and told me she was to pay for the luncheon at the church. Then she handed me $60 and told me she was supposed to pay for the tapes for the weekend, so we could take them home and share them with people.

We went in and she got us good seats. She took care of us all weekend. She drove us back and forth to the hotel so we wouldn't have to drive and get shuttled from the parking lot. She talked a lot about her "faith walk" while she was driving and standing in line.
When the weekend was over, she gave us a handful of tapes to listen to on the way home. We were so blessed by her hospitality. She was not a wealthy person. She had a family, a new business, and everyday problems in life. But she was an example of "faith in action." She knew if she helped someone, God would tell someone to bless her. She wasn't doing it for that reason, she was being obedient to what the Holy Spirit told her to do.
I knew nothing about hearing the "voice of God." All I knew was that we went down to GA with no money, and came back with some money in our pockets and a lot of faith. Oh, the church luncheon was sold out, so we went to a place that had all you could eat catfish, fries, and hush puppies for about $5 a person.
We ate until we were full and still had more money than when we started. It sure was a whole lot better than a bologna sandwich. I not only saw faith in action, I saw something that was missing in my life.

That something missing was the Holy Spirit.

Creflo Dollar - Women's Conference 2001 (Part 1)

Pray in your most Holy faith.

My youngest sister and I decided to attend a Women's conference I saw advertised on TV, while watching Changing Your World by Creflo Dollar. We drove from PA down to Atlanta, Ga with a loaf of bread, a pound of bologna, a credit card for gas and hotel, and faith that somehow we would find what was missing in our lives.
I ordered the free tickets online, but there was no time to get them, because this was a last minute decision to go. We got down there and had to wait in a "faith line", because all the people with real tickets got to go in first.
We got to go in, and we met some wonderful women from all over the world. Pastor Dollar told the women to "pray in their most Holy faith", and I was amazed at the sound of thousands of women speaking in tongues. This was all so new to me.
I was raised believing "tongues were from the devil." "You don't know what you are saying." "You could be worshiping Satan." Nothing could be further from the truth. I started realizing I was deceived all those years, and yet even though I wanted to do what they were doing, I did not go forward when an invitation to get "baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues" was given at the end of each service.
By the last service I was convinced it was real, it was Biblical, it was commanded by and I did want it. I was going to go forward at the end of that service. To my disappointment, they closed the last service without an invitation. I went home wishing I would have went forward when I has a chance.
I did not know that I could have talked to anyone that speaks in tongues and they could have helped me get baptized in the Spirit. My sister bought a 6 tape set by one of the speakers, Laura Pickett. It was "Why We Speak In Tongues."
I listened to it several times on the way home. When I got home, I got a notebook and listened to the tapes and took notes. I highlighted verses in my Bible. I knew it was really important and I became angry that my church misled me for so many years. It was right in the Bible. How could I have missed it for so many years?

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.
Jude 1:20

Jude was written after Jesus died. Jude was not an apostle. Even though he was a half brother to Jesus, Jude didn't even believe in Jesus until after he was crucified and rose from the dead. So if tongues were just for the apostles, why was he writing to everyone to pray in the Holy Ghost?. This verse throws their argument right out the window.
I started wondering what these religious church leaders do with that verse. Do they cross it out of the Bible or are they so blinded by their religion they just don't see it? I guess I never saw it until I "saw it." I see it now. I have chosen to believe 100% of the Bible.
Pray in your most Holy faith!

Slain In The Spirit

The whole weekend was so eye-opening for us. We saw that so much that we questioned before in our "god-in-a-box religion" was real and it was for today.
After the marriage seminar, the speakers offered to pray for couples before they left.
Ken and I were holding hands and the speakers started praying for us and before I knew it I was on the floor. Ken didn't know what to think, and I didn't know it because I was down for the count.

When he finally got me to wake up, they told him he has a "new wife".
They also told him "we are going into the construction business." "We are going to help families and rebuild lives."

I didn't know it then, but that was just one of many, many times that the Holy Spirit would get me 'resting in Him', so he could do 'internal work' inside of me.

Wounded People Hurt People

As a result of visiting a church, we were invited to go to a weekend Valentine Getaway. It was there that we heard about the anointing of the Holy Spirit. During the worship service you could feel the power of the Holy Spirit in the room.
I never raised my hands for worship, but whatever was holding me back was gone. I raised my hands to worship the Lord, and my husband thought, "they got her." When I look back, I have to laugh at how silly we were.

Our marriage has always been on shaky ground and we could never figure out why. We are like two rams constantly butting heads over everything! Name calling was big in both of our families so it carried over into our marriage.
We found out that weekend that we loved each other, but we were two wounded people trying to live with each other. Hurting people hurt people.
I tell people it is like two porcupines living together. We were constantly hurting each other.
I did not realize it then, but we both had tons of garbage from our past that was never dealt with.
When two people get married, they unknowingly drag their baggage from the past with them.

We left that weekend with our vows renewed and we were finally going to be happy!
(Well at least it sounded good.)

We Left God Out of the Box

Are you in a religious rut?

After attending a "free" church for only a few weeks, we realized that we had been caught in a religious rut most of our life. I wrote the Pastor of our church and told him we would like to have our names removed off the church membership.
I told him that we finally left God out of the box, and our lives were changing. I told him that our marriage, family and finances were being healed. I don't know if he ever read the letter to anyone or not, but it felt so good to write it. Even though we attended the church for at least 10 years, we never got a phone call asking why we were missing church. We never got a phone call or letter after the letter was sent to the church.
I really believe that you can get in such a rut of going to church, stand up to sing, sit down, stand back up, sit down to collect the offering, stand back up to sing again, sit down to hear the preacher, stand up and sing, and rush out of the church because your roast is is in the oven, and he went over 10 minutes. We were even in such a rut, that if we didn't sit on the left side by the window on the third seat in church, we felt uncomfortable. That's bad when you even have a pew rut!
No wonder our kids hated going to church and stopped going with us when they turned 13 and just saw our church go through another church split.
It is so wonderful to go to a church that worships the Lord, with worship music and dance, that is led by the Holy Spirit. I love going to a church that doesn't stop the worship so the pastor can get his sermon preached on time.
What if the Holy Spirit is about to heal someone during worship and they stop the worship service to preach? Someone could miss their healing or breakthrough because of man's clock-watching. There will be no clocks in Heaven.
Think about this next time you go to church.

Are you in a religious rut?

Changing Churches Changed My Life

I have been Forever Set Free!

I grew up in a very fundamental church. I was saved at a young age. I knew if I died I would go to Heaven, because I asked Jesus to come into my heart and wash away my sin. He became my Savior and Lord. The church taught that there was a Holy Spirit, but His power was for the apostles only. After being married 24 years, and going through several church splits with fundamentals churches, I finally visited a "free" church. I got hooked on the worship and started attending. My husband and I started going to church together, growing spiritually, more in a few months than in over 20 years.

I grew up to be a very powerless Christian, struggling with depression, suicide, poverty, guilt, bitterness, anger, hate, etc, even in my adult years. After my dad committed suicide by laying down in front of a train in 2000, I went through depression, not because of his death, but because something was transferred in the spirit from him to me. I didn't understand it at the time, but after going through many hours of prayer counseling over the past few years, it is so clear to me now.

Our families ancestors were involved in "stuff", and it says in the Bible , that the sins of men will be carried over for 4 generations. During prayer counseling, many things have been revealed to my prayer team about generational curses that were put on our families. They have been broken, and I have been forever set free.

We have been going to a "free" church for over 6 years. Our lives have drastically changed. Our marriage is better now than it has ever been. We are starting to see others in our family get set free. One by one, but I am believing we will see them all set free.

I have been Forever Set Free!

The Next Day

I got up and put my makeup on as usual, however I realized I was singing praises to the Lord!
I looked in the mirror and said "who are you?" I was smiling! I never smiled. I realized I was happy! I was never happy.
I was usually crying, or feeling bad because I just finished crying or else I had a pity party for myself. Woe is me! Why me? Blah, blah, blah!
I hate to admit it, but I even used to pray that God would take me to Heaven so my husband could find a better wife and mother for my kids.
When my husband saw the difference in me that day, he knew there was something real that we were missing in our "god-in-a-box religion".
There was an unusual peace in the house. We talked the whole night. He told me to make him an appointment the next day.

Theophostic Prayer Counseling

When I went to my first "theophostic" prayer counseling session I did not know what to expect. I just expected to be changed. I had listened to a tape with testimonies on it from the person who started that type of counseling.and so many people were helped right away. I went in expecting a miracle and I got mine!
During a prayer session, I actually "heard" God's voice for the first time in my life.
He told me he loved me.
Wow!

When I left, I can't say I really felt that different. But the next morning.....

When I Googled "Theophostic"

My Dad committed suicide by laying in front of a train on Nov.6, 2000.
I got depressed and mean to my family and became suicidal. I didn't know what was wrong with me.
In January, my sister told me I needed to get "theophostic counseling." I thought it was death counseling, and I told her I was not interested. However, she got me curious enough to type it into Google.
When I pulled up the first site listed, I was shocked. They had a picture at the top of their website with railroad tracks and I saw my dad walking with an angel. I got overwhelmed because I knew this was a divine direction. What was the chances of that site coming up with that picture on it.
I immediately e-mailed everyone the site and told them 'daddy is walking with an angel."
I read everything there was on the site that night and ordered the free tape. I made an appointment the next day. It was several weeks away.

My Testimony

I have been Forever Set Free!

I want to tell the world that Jesus still speaks to people today and He has come to set the captive free. I went to a prayer ministry counselor expecting a miracle and came out a changed person. Our lives and those around us our changing one by one. I want to tell the world what Jesus has done.

Although I was a born-again Christian for over 35 years, I continually struggled with guilt, depression, suicidal thoughts, worthlessness, "failure mode", crying spells, severe bronchitis, fatigue, severe headaches, etc.

My dad was killed by laying in front of a train on Nov. 5, 2000. My depression continually got worse. As a result of his death, my sister found out about prayer ministry counseling. I went in expecting a miracle and came out a changed person!

I want to praise God, because on my first prayer ministry session, Jesus spoke to me and healed me of depression and suicidal thoughts for over ten years. I was at the lowest point in my life and I went in expecting a miracle, and came out a changed person! You always hear forget your past and move on, but I'm here to tell you to deal with it, get healed and then move on.

I found out I was believing Satan's lies all my life. I was suffering from guilt, bitterness, unforgiveness, anger, hatred, etc. against my mentally ill father. After praying and taking all this to the cross, I was set free! Jesus spoke to me and I was healed.

That night I had my first good nights sleep in months! When I woke up the next morning, I was singing! When I looked in the mirror, I noticed I had a huge smile on my face!

The following week we were invited to a marriage retreat with Dove Christian Fellowship . My testimony about that is another story! It changed our marriage and it changed us!

We discovered we didn't have a "marriage problem". Our problem was two "wounded" people were trying to live with each other.

After we renewed our vows and took communion together, I wrote on the comment page "today is the beginning of a new journey for a 24 1/2 year old marriage that was going nowhere. We were tolerating each other til one of us dies."

After the retreat, the prophetic speakers prayed with us. We were both changed during that prayer! After they prayed with us, they told us "we are going into the construction business". We believe we are going to "construct and rebuild lives."

That same Sunday, my sister received a prophetic word at her Dove Church. I am going to share part of it with you. It is about my two sons who quit going to church after a church split almost 10 years ago and were not living for the Lord.

"I see two that you believe for and hold within your heart. They are going to make it. I heard your prayer. I heard your prayer. I am continuing in Jesus' name, and yet one will have a voice strong and true in Jesus' name.

The best was yet to come! The next week my 20-year-old son came to Dove church with us. After the sermon he went forward for prayer. God is doing amazing things! Our lives and those around us are changing one by one! I want to share my story and tell the world what Jesus has done!

I started an internet ministry called
FOREVER SET FREE to tell people how I was set free thru prayer ministry and the miraculous healing power of Jesus Christ.

My dad did not die in vain! God used his tragic death to bring our family together. As a result of his death, many people are receiving prayer counseling. Our lives and those around us are changing one by one.

I have been FOREVER SET FREE!
